Victoria Beckham has given fans a glimpse of her plush solo detox trip.
The Spice Girls may be busy rehearsing for their upcoming tour, but after snubbing the reunion, Victoria packed herself off to Munich instead to enjoy some R & R.
The 44-year-old jetted off to the Lanserhof Tegernsee retreat, where she took part in a “week’s detox,” drinking moon water, lounging by the pool and cycling in the mountains.
Leaving hubby David Beckham behind, Victoria took some much needed me time in the former holiday resort turned “medical centre”.
The WAG swiftly took a video of her room as she arrived, telling fans: ‘I’m here at Lanserhof and I’ve got to be honest, it is much much nicer than I expected. I have unpacked my toiletries.
“The bathroom is actually super nice. I was expecting something much more hospital-y, so this is a real pleasant surprise and I’m really excited to get some rest, to get some great treatments and go out tomorrow and explore.”
As she panned her camera around the bathroom, Victoria’s expensive face and body creams were laid out, alongside her designer Louis Vuitton toiletry bag.
Victoria sported a pair of green striped pyjamas in the clip, with the letters VB sewn on.
When she woke up the next day, Victoria seemed keen to show off her surroundings once again, this time taking a snap of the picturesque mountain views as she headed on a cycle ride.
She also took a snap in a white robe as she headed off to get a facial, with her glowing, makeup free complexion on full display.
The facility offers a whole range of treatments in their ‘Med Basic’ package, including detox baths, body drainage and therapeutic massages.
They also offer group ‘relaxation training’ and even offer urine analysis to visitors.
Pictures from the retreat show minimalist bedrooms with clean, white, open-plan decor.
The Lanserhof also boasts a huge stretching outdoor swimming pool surrounded by comfortable looking sun-loungers, and wooden balconies that look outwards to the mountains.
The food at the premises also looks super-healthy, with an emphasis on foods that are good for your gut.
One day, Victoria dined on spinach, broccoli and salmon with a wedge of lime, while another day she was served a lunch of cottage cheese, avocado and sharon fruit.
In fitting with the detox emphasis, Victoria was also handed her daily vitamins and a sachet to drink which promised her “better skin from within”.
Victoria also took to social media to show off her ‘Moon Water’ – a special “healthy water” produced in Munich.
“So I am here at Lanserhof in Germany, and they’ve just given me this water, which is a special water. It is collected locally, here in Munich, but only on a full moon.
“Apparently this is very healthy water, an incredible water and great for the skin. Where am I going to get this when I leave Germany?,” she told her fans.
While the holiday certainly offered ample pampering, relaxation and amazing scenery, it came at a cost for the fashion designer.
Victoria’s stay is thought to have cost around £5000, with accommodation costing at cheapest €475 a night, and the treatment package racking in at €1890.
