The bags were packed as Laura Whitmore left BBC Radio studios on Sunday afternoon, shortly after hosting her 5 Live show.

The Irish presenter, 34, looked typically stylish in a grey sweater and matching skinny jeans as she made her way towards a waiting car with her suitcase in tow.

On-trend ankle boots added to the look, while a smart black  blazer jacket rounded things off.

Accessorizing tastefully, the willowy blonde added to her ensemble with a highly distinctive leopard print handbag.

With her phone pressed to her ear, Laura appeared to be engaged in conversation while making her way across the street.

The presenter is currently without boyfriend Iain Stirling while he narrates the latest series of Love Island in Majorca, but her suitcase suggested she may well be paying the Scottish comedian a flying visit.

In March last year, Iain ‘happily’ admitted that he was punching above his weight by developing a romance with the blonde beauty.

Speaking on the Chris Ramsey Show, host Chris said: ‘People tell you, and I do not agree with this and I hate it when people say this to blokes, people tell you you’re punching above your weight, and I don’t like that,

‘One, you’re a good looking lad. I find it underhanded. I find it snide. It’s basically someone going, “I’d f*** your girlfriend,” and I don’t like it. I don’t like it at all. And I don’t think you’re punching above your weight. I think you’re a beautiful man.’

But the comedian admitted he was unfazed by the comments, because he agrees with them.

‘I don’t mind it, because it just means I’ve done better haven’t I?’ he said. ‘I’ve got someone who’s like me, but much, much better. And Laura’s got someone who’s like her, but much worse.

‘I think I’ve done quite well out of it, but I’m dead happy because she’s lovely and stuff.’
