The pregnant Duchess of Sussex will not take part in official engagements during the Royal couple’s visit to Fraser Island on Monday, Kensington Palace has announced.

Prince Harry and Meghan are scheduled to arrive in Hervey Bay on Monday before heading to Fraser Island, a World Heritage-listed site and largest sand island in the world.

Kensington Palace announced that while Meghan will join Prince Harry in travelling to Fraser Island tomorrow, she will not take part in any official events.

Meghan did not attend the first event in Sydney on Sunday morning at the Invictus Games, but later joined Prince Harry for an official reception and to watch sailing at the event.

More to come.
