A New York father is suing the Transportation Security Administration claiming that an agent groped his penis in front of his two young daughters.
Westchester chiropractor Mark Frey, 61, says he has metal prosthetic in his neck and requested a private search as he was passing through airport security, but was denied.
The security agent had him lift his shirt up to his head then put his hands under his shorts, ‘roughly touching’ his genitals.
He says the agent touched him for so long that Frey’s daughter, who was just eight then, yelled ‘Look, they are touching Daddy’s penis!’

The incident took place at Palm Beach International Airport where he was passing through accompanied by his girlfriend and two young daughters.
He filed his lawsuit against the TSA in Manhattan Federal Court, according to the New York Post.
His daughter wasn’t the only one that noticed the awkward security incident.
A fellow traveler filed her own complaint on behalf of Frey.
She said Frey pleaded for a supervisor’s help during the procedure, he alleges.
‘They took away my child’s innocence,’ he said, adding that poorly trained TSA screeners have gone too far.
‘I want it to be a learning moment for everybody, where we can try to lose some of this insanity,’ he added.
TSA is yet to reply to Dailymail.com’s request for comment.
