And there’s no stopping Tessa Thompson now who looks gorgeous as the cover star of Marie Claire this week. 

The 35-year-old beauty stunned in an array of photos while opening up about her continuous strive for equality as a woman of color.

One image had Tessa opt for a yellow satin colored maxi dress that featured a generous slit down the middle. 

The ensemble was held together with buttons up along the front with her toned legs on show. 

Her hair was styled out into voluminous curls and her makeup kept simple with contoured cheekbones and a plump nude lip.

Speaking to the publication, the beauty, who’s been very vocal in the Time’s Up movement and 4% Challenge, opened up about how she sees it different as a woman of color.  

Taking a slight dig at fellow activist Natalie Portman, she confessed that it’s harder for her.

When we were having the conversation around how we structure our deals, I said, “I understand who Chris Hemsworth is and who I am not relative to him, globally and otherwise. But in the success of the film, that changes. In success, I want equity. Because then you can’t make the same argument.’” 

Tessa continued to say: ‘Let’s just say we’re all happy.’
