A humble Australian cafe has been named the most ‘Instagrammable’ in the WORLD – beating out popular spots in London and Los Angeles

  • Big Seven Travel have located the 50 most ‘Instagrammable’ cafes in the world
  • And their number one choice is Speedos eatery on Sydney’s famed Bondi Beach

A travel website has shared their picks for the 50 most ‘Instagrammable’ cafes in the world – and an Australian favourite on one of the nation’s most famous beaches has topped the list.

Speedos cafe, located less than 50 metres from the breaking waves at Sydney’s Bondi Beach, was awarded first place for their spectacularly colourful cuisine.

‘Bondi is one of the most iconic beaches in the world so to have such an incredible place as Speedos just a short stroll away from the water is a real treat,’ Big Seven Travel wrote.

‘Speedos serves some of the most beautiful food you’ll ever see – all hues of the rainbow feature on the menu.’

The ‘explosion’ of colour in their pancakes, red velvet and blue bubblegum coffees, Acai bowls, soft shell crab burgers and avocado stacks made the waterfront location a shoo-in for the win.

Speedos themselves posted about the award on none other than Instagram, saying they felt honoured and very appreciative of all the customers that support them.
